Dr. Jean Harmon is a mental health therapist and the founder of Balance With Love, a devoted mother, advocate, and mental health champion. Drawing from her family’s lived experience and her professional background, she blends research, faith, and compassion to support those navigating bipolar disorder. Her heart is to ensure that no one has to walk this road alone—and that every story is met with dignity, understanding, and love.
At Balance With Love, we believe healing begins with understanding, connection, and compassion. Our mission is to provide a safe, culturally sensitive space for minorities living with bipolar disorder to find strength, stability, and community.
